We will gladly accept merchandise for an exchange or refund. Please note our polices below regarding any exchanges or refunds. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned at our store in Garden City Park or by mail.
If you wish to return your merchandise by mail:
Please place your merchandise in a secure box and enclose the exchange/return form sent with your order. If you do not have an exchange/return form, please provide all information about your return including the name of the school, student's name, address, daytime phone number, and an explanation of your exchange or return. Please insure the package and mail it to:

We will make every effort to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible. However, items returned for exchange after August 15 will not be shipped in time for school opening.

1. All merchandise is eligible for exchange provided that all packaging and size tags are intact and the merchandise has NOT been worn, soiled, altered, or laundered.
2. No exchanges will be accepted more than two (2) years after the purchase date.
3. No exchanges will be accepted on discontinued merchandise.
4. Marlou reserves the right to refuse for exchange any merchandise that management deems is not in saleable condition.

1. Merchandise returned up to one (1) year after the order date is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned items may also be used as store credit toward the purchase of new items. Merchandise returned more than one (1) year after the order date is NOT eligible for a refund or credit.
2. Refunds of cash purchases will be made in cash for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, refunds of cash purchases will be issued by company check.
3. Refunds of check purchases will be issued by company check.
4. Credit card purchases will refunded as a credit to the cardholder's account.
5. All merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or labels.
6. Worn, soiled, altered, or laundered merchandise may NOT be returned for a refund at any time.
7. Marlou reserves the right to refuse for refund any merchandise that management deems is not in saleable condition.
8. Any merchandise that has been discontinued is NOT eligible for refund or store credit regardless of the order date.
9. Any order deposits or merchandise left unacknowledged for more than one (1) year after the order date are NOT eligible for a refund or claim.
